Responsibilities
- Set an example for the whole store team and oversee their performance and development through the leaders in your store.
- Create an environment where colleagues feel inspired and able to progress.
- Explore and action new ways of working to benefit your store.
- Lead the store strategy to stay at the forefront of the game.
- Drive the overall commercial performance of your store.
Qualifications
- Established management background in a similar retail role.
- Embrace changes that continue to evolve the business.
- Confidence to lead a team and make key decisions with them and the rest of the business in mind.
- Commercial instinct and drive to stay ahead, constantly promoting improvement.
