Exciting Front of House Opportunity – Birmingham City CentreAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, personable, and highly professional Front of House specialist to join a prestigious boutique professional services firm in the heart of Birmingham city centre. This dynamic part-time role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth running of a busy office. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a warm, professional front-of-house experience, providing exceptional hospitality to clients and visitors. Manage meeting rooms, refreshments, catering, travel, and courier arrangements, ensuring a seamless and professional service. Support client events and internal activities while acting as a welcoming ambassador for the business. Maintain Health & Safety compliance and assist with internal reporting, documentation, and sustainability initiatives, including DEFRA-related requirements. About You: Previous experience in a Front of House, Reception, PA, Hospitality, or similar client-facing role. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and diary management. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a polished, professional, and approachable manner. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
