As the Residential Property Solicitor in the Birmingham office, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the team, drive strategic growth and build strong relationships with clients and developers in a role that offers genuine influence and long-term progression.

The Role

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Acting for developers on plot sales and related transactions
• Overseeing compliance and maintaining high technical standards
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Driving business development and building developer relationships
• Contributing to strategic planning and departmental growth
• Ensuring high levels of client care and service delivery

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with strong residential conveyancing experience
• Strong background in residential property matters
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Solid technical knowledge across conveyancing transactions
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Motivated to progress within a growing firm
