Qualifications

Essential criteria

NMC registered Nurse (Advanced Diploma/Degree in Adult Health Nursing) or · HCPC registered ODP (Dip (HE) Operating Department Practice)

technical skills

Essential criteria

Able to work unsupervised and on own initiative · Able to integrate and work within the MDT · Supportive of staff/team members

Desirable criteria

able to communicate effectively in an MDT

Flexible working pattern to meet demands of the service · Adaptive to unpredictable workloads. able to work 24/7
