As part of our commitment to supporting medical education, they are a training practice with two partners who are GP trainers. The team is supported by a diverse clinical and administrative team, including 5 ANPs, 4 prescribers, 7 nurses, and 2 practice pharmacists.
The practice is located in a residential area, easily accessible with secure on-site parking. They are looking to expand our team with a dynamic and dedicated Salaried GP, with the potential to progress to a Partnership.
Role Overview:
Salaried GP with view to PartnershipSessions: 6 per weekOpening Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:30 (additional Saturday mornings available at an enhanced rate)On-call: On-call team consisting of 1 GP + 2 ANPsWorkload: Average 16 patients in the AM, 12 patients in the PM (mixture of face-to-face, telephone, pre-bookable, same-day, and GP-only appointments)Home Visits: Typically 2 per dayClinical Support: Includes ANPs (prescribers), specialist nurses, mental health support, and a dedicated team of administrative staffLocation: Easy to commute to, located in a residential area with ample parking
