You'll be part of a global SaaS company helping industries turn environmental data into operational advantage. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business across EMEA. You’ll own the full sales cycle, work across sectors, and lead deals that make a real impact, from wastewater to mining and beyond. Responsibilities: Owning the full enterprise sales cycle — prospecting to contract Building account plans and leading strategic conversations Closing significant deals with enterprise clients Navigating complex negotiations with senior decision-makers Collaborating with SMEs and CSMs to tailor solutions Feeding market insights back into product and GTM strategy Representing the business at industry events and conferences Keeping your pipeline clean and forecasts sharp in CRM Skills and Experience: Experienced enterprise SaaS or complex solution sales Experience selling into industrial, infrastructure, or environmental sectors (air quality, dust, noise, or wastewater tech is a big plus) A track record of closing big deals Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Comfort with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Ability to work independently and drive results About Ideagen Ideagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soar
