Commercial Property Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits + Excellent Career Development
Location: Bedfordshire

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to recruit a Commercial Property Manager for a growing and dynamic commercial property management team.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands‑on position managing a diverse commercial property portfolio across multiple asset classes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering a high‑quality, proactive, and commercially focused management service.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a mixed commercial property portfolio to best‑practice standards Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders Preparing and presenting reports, budgets, and performance insights Leading lease events including renewals, rent reviews, assignments, and dilapidations Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and financial forecasting Conducting regular site inspections to ensure high operational standards Managing maintenance programmes, contractors, and compliance activity Ensuring full statutory and health & safety compliance Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members Reporting portfolio performance and contributing to process improvements

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property management Strong client‑facing skills with confidence interacting with a varied client base Experience gained within a small to mid‑sized commercial property environment Proven ability to manage budgets, compliance, lease events, and reporting MRICS highly desirable (or working towards)
