The Leicestershire College is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our dedicated HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, wellbeing, and onboarding. As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services across the College. Your responsibilities will include: Administering monthly payroll processes and employment contracts. Supporting recruitment and selection, including compliance checks and onboarding. Advising staff on HR queries and coordinating flexible working requests. Managing absence and wellbeing processes, including occupational health referrals.
