A well-established South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor/legal exec/fee earner to join its growing team in Doncaster. This is a strong opportunity to handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters while building lasting relationships with both employer and employee clients.
You will manage your own caseload covering:
- Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
Redundancy and settlement agreements
Disciplinary and grievance advice
Drafting contracts of employment and workplace policies
Providing strategic HR and risk management advice to business clients
The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor with solid employment law experience, confident managing matters independently and representing clients in the Employment Tribunal where required. Commercial awareness, strong client care skills and a practical, solutions focused approach are essential.
