Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive – Wimborne – 5+ Years' PQE Location: Wimborne Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (flexible hours considered) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) A well established regional practice is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ PQE) to join its growing team in Wimborne. This is an excellent opportunity to take on an existing caseload and play a key role in a busy, well regarded department handling a broad range of private client matters. The Role You'll manage a varied and interesting caseload of private client work, including:

Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Trusts and related advisory work Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters Tax considerations relating to estates and lifetime planning

You will also:

Take over an existing caseload with full secretarial support Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and local referrers Engage with the local community and support the firm's profile Work autonomously while contributing to the wider team's growth Maintain high standards of client care, compliance and professionalism

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys client contact, autonomy and the opportunity to help shape a developing department. Candidate Requirements

5+ years' PQE in private client work Strong experience across wills, probate, trusts and estate administration Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues A personable, community focused approach Confidence managing files independently A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering excellent client service
