Your new role
You will take a lead role in the design and technical delivery of architectural projects, working across a variety of sectors. This position will suit a design-focused professional with strong technical capability and proven experience in project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:Managing projects from inception through topletionProducing and coordinating detailed drawings and specificationsLeading project teams and mentoring junior staff (Part I & II Assistants)Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleSupporting business development through networking and existing client relationshipsEnsuring projects are delivered on time and in line with regulations
What you'll need to succeedARB/RIBA qualified Architect with 5+ years’ post-Part III UK experienceStrong experience working in a project delivery roleProven ability in client-facing and networking activitiesExcellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processesExperience within themercial and/or education sectors (desirable)Proficiency in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe SuiteStrongmunication, leadership, and organisational skillsHighly motivated with a proactive approach to work
