(BTS 2026) Temporary Sales Assistant - Sports Direct

This is a temporary role with a contract end date of 13th September 2026.

Sales & Service 

• Drive sales and help your store hit and exceed its targets 
• Become a product expert customers trust and come back for 
• Deliver service that turns first-time shoppers into loyal regulars 

Visual Merchandising 

• Keep store standards and shop-floor displays high 
• Bring the Sports Direct brand to life through commercial, on-brand merchandising 

Operations 

• Process and replenish stock at pace 
• Keep pricing accurate and the shop floor full 
• Support stock inventory and back-of-house operations 

Your Development 

Even on a temporary contract, your growth matters to us. You’ll start with our in-store induction to set you up for day one, and from there you’ll have access to ongoing coaching and real opportunities to convert into a permanent role if it’s the right fit for both sides.
