Flexible, Supply Basis
Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in the Mold and Flintshire area? We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support local schools on a day-to-day and short-term basis.
The Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work across a variety of primary and secondary schools, supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils reach their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different educational settings while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery
- Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis
- Assisting pupils with additional learning needs
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
- A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
