Description:

About Us

At OJK Business Management, we do more than accounting. We partner with some of the most exciting names across music, sport, media, and entertainment to help them navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence.

With 40 years of specialist experience, we combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of our clients' worlds. That means going beyond the numbers to deliver advice that is practical, commercial, and tailored to what really matters.

Our culture is built on four core values: being supportive, inclusive, client-focused, and taking ownership. These aren't just principles, they shape how we work every day. We support one another, create an environment where everyone feels valued, take responsibility for delivering high quality work, and focus on what truly matters to our clients.

Following our return to independent ownership, we're building a modern business management firm, one that invests in its people, evolves with its clients, and delivers consistently high standards without losing the human side of what we do.

The Role

You'll support the delivery of client accounting work while building your technical knowledge and confidence.

Working as part of a team, you'll handle core bookkeeping and assist with accounts preparation. This role is focused on developing strong foundations, accuracy, and understanding how high-quality client service is delivered.

  • Support payment runs and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained
  • Communicate with clients on routine queries, escalating where needed
  • Maintain organised and accurate financial records in line with internal processes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure work is delivered on time
  • Actively build understanding of accounting principles, systems, and client requirements

About You

  • Studying towards (or ready to begin) a professional accounting qualification
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Eager to learn and develop technical accounting knowledge
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
  • Confident communicator for straightforward client and team interactions
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to ask questions and take feedback
