Our client, a leading and award-winning mobile vehicle SMART repair company operating across the UK, is looking to recruit a dedicated Mobile SMART Repairer to join their team covering the Kingston Upon Thames area and surrounding regions. Benefits for the Mobile SMART Repairer:
Starting salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experiencePerformance-related bonus scheme with potential earnings of over £55,000 annuallyOvertime available paid at £150 per half-day or £300 per full day30 days annual leave, including bank holidaysFully equipped modern van and fuel card providedWork Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week, with one Saturday per month (paid as overtime)Uniform, mobile phone, and payment device suppliedDiscount platform offering access to cashback and discounts at over 800 retailersOngoing training and development at IMI-certified centre, including potential to gain ATA qualification in SMART repair methodsDuties of the Mobile SMART Repairer:
Carrying out minor cosmetic repairs on vehicles at customer locations, including bumper scuffs, chipped alloys, and paint imperfectionsAchieving a high first-time fix rate to ensure customer satisfactionWorking independently using company equipment and suppliesMaintaining a professional and customer-focused approach when representing the companyManaging your schedule efficiently across the Kingston Upon Thames region with pre-arranged appointments Ensuring all repairs meet quality standards and health and safety guidelinesRequirements of the Mobile SMART Repairer:
