Head Chef / Kitchen Manager / Chef Manager

Head Chef required 40hrs a week assisting the Catering Manager in all areas, previous experience required, must be confident in leading the kitchen team to retain a high standard in all areas, every other weekend off. Your role is to provide a high standard of quality nutritious meals in line with individual diets and the International Dysphagia Diet Standards.
