Job Title: Senior Finance LeadLocation: PeterboroughSalary: £100,000-£120,000 + benefitsOverviewWe are partnering with a large, multi-site organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Lead.This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded finance leader to take ownership of operational finance, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, improve visibility of key metrics, and support strategic decision-making.The role will suit someone who enjoys working at pace, influencing non-finance teams, and using financial insight to improve business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and performance planning across multiple sitesPartner with senior operational stakeholders to drive efficiency and profitabilityProvide clear financial insight, analysis, and decision supportEstablish and track KPIs to improve performance visibility and accountabilityDrive cost control and operational efficiency initiativesEnhance reporting, processes, and systems to improve output and accuracyLead and develop a team aligned to operational finance deliveryKey RequirementsQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience in a senior operational or commercial finance roleStrong background in business partnering and performance managementExperience leading and developing finance teamsConfident communicator with the ability to influence at a senior levelStrong analytical and systems capability (ERP exposure essential)About YouYou are a commercially focused finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment. xwwtmva
