Property Cleaner (End of Tenancy Work)

A busy cleaning company is recruiting experienced Property Cleaners to support residential tenancy changeovers.

This role involves working in empty properties to prepare them for the next occupants.

What the work involves

• Cleaning rental properties after move-out

• Kitchens, ovens, and surfaces

• Bathrooms including limescale and mould treatment

• Internal glass, woodwork, skirting boards, and floors

• Final presentation before inspection

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

To be suitable, you should already have around 2+ years of experience in similar cleaning roles. You’ll need to be self-sufficient, with your own equipment and cleaning products, and have access to transport so you can travel between jobs. Good spoken English is also required.
