This will be working on a substation project in Pembroke (possible requirement to cover other projects across South Wales) - willingness to travel and stay away Monday - Friday is essential! As a Project SHEQ Advisor, you’re a key part of our Site Project Teams! You’ll be responsible for day-to-day SHEQ advice on high profile Substation projects, working directly with site teams and customer representatives. Ensure SHEQ requirements are integrated throughout project lifecycle to mitigate Health & Safety risks. Implement and monitor compliance with SHEQ policies, procedures, and statutory legislation. Conduct site inductions for staff and subcontractors. Perform site inspections and monitor site setup for SHEQ compliance. Report SHEQ progress to the Health, Safety & Quality Manager. Adhere to company policies and promote core values in Health & Safety. Are you passionate about driving positive safety cultures into operational activities and processes? Sound knowledge of SHEQ principles, risk management and safe systems of work. Good working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation. Analytical approach to incident investigation and root‑cause analysis. Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office). NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
