Are you ready to take your architectural career to the next level? We’re excited to invite a talented Senior Architect to join our dynamic Kier Design team at our Speke Office in Liverpool. With the flexibility of remote working and occasional office visits, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a top 25 Building Consultancy in the UK!



Location & Hours

Location: Remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.


Hours: Full-time – we offer flexibility on hours, just let us know what works for you!

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Architect, you will be at the forefront of our projects, leading design teams to deliver exceptional work. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Leading and participating in substantial and complex projects, ensuring effective delivery of work programmes.


Preparing detailed plans, coordinating design information, and producing both concept and detailed drawings.
Administering contracts, including JCT and NEC suites, while managing project performance commercially.
Supporting and leading local and national bids, networking to generate new opportunities.
Mentoring and coaching team members, promoting architectural excellence throughout the team.



What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:



  • You are a qualified Architect (preferably Chartered) with outstanding design capabilities and technical detailing skills.


You have experience in team management and can demonstrate competence across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work.
You possess strong knowledge of current regulations, procurement methods, contract administration, and BIM using REVIT/Autodesk products.
You excel in building and maintaining positive client relationships, both internally and externally.
You thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team and bring innovation to your design approach.
