Location & Hours

Location: North West - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working with occasional office visits.

Your Role

As a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist, you will play a vital role in our multi-disciplinary design team. Your expertise will help us produce high-quality, comprehensive sets of detailed drawings and specifications using REVIT. You’ll also have the opportunity to:




  • Prepare and present detailed drawings while coordinating design information across the team.


Manage BIM processes, ensuring projects meet required standards.
Contribute to planning applications, regulatory submissions, and design risk assessments.
Administer contracts and conduct site visits to support project delivery.
Mentor and manage junior team members, sharing your valuable knowledge and expertise.



What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:



  • You hold MCIAT, ACIAT, or HNC/Degree qualifications with extensive experience in architectural technology.


You have strong proficiency in REVIT, BIM processes, and BIM Information Management/Coordination.
You possess an excellent understanding of building construction and current regulations, with the ability to review work by other designers confidently.
You’re experienced with NBS Create, contract administration (NEC and JCT), and have knowledge of education, blue light, or MOD/MOJ projects.
You thrive in a collaborative team environment and can manage your workload to meet deadlines while supporting others.
