As a Policy Manager within EMEA Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) Policy and Program Support Team, you will contribute to responsible business growth by anticipating and addressing new and emerging risks. Job responsibilities</p>

<p>Proactively monitor and interpret changes in EMEA AML/KYC regulations and guidance. Assess the impact of these changes on policies and operations, and work with relevant teams to implement necessary updates in a timely and effective manner; ensuring that WKO KYC business practices, procedures, and technological capabilities satisfy the Firm‑wide KYC Standards.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal business leaders and colleagues in the Second Line of Defense (2LOD) Compliance, Risk and Legal teams across various European countries. Serve as a liaison between the business and compliance, translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance.
Support business initiatives within specific KYC disciplines.
Perform gap assessment of updates to current KYC processes, define associated changes to guidance and procedures, and ensure implementation within the WKO Change Management process.
Oversee and manage new sustainable processes and enhancements while ensuring proper controls and oversight are in place to mitigate risk.
Directly shape operational and/or functional execution (by being viewed as an SME).</p>

<p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p>

SUMMARY

Manage risk analysis, contingency planning, and cost validation processes.
Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and performance.</p>

<p>Client &amp; Business Development</p>

<p>Collaborate with business development and operations teams during project pursuits and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, engineers, and owners.
Participate in proposal interviews, presentations, and negotiations.
Support market research and identify new opportunities in target sectors (e.g., healthcare, data centers, industrial).</p>

<p>Preconstruction Execution</p>

<p>Lead constructability reviews and coordination with design teams.
Oversee early-stage project planning, scheduling input, and procurement strategies.
Direct integration of BIM/VDC for clash detection, purchasing, prefabrication planning, and cost validation.
Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from preconstruction to project execution.</p>

<p>Vendor &amp; Trade Partner Management</p>

<p>Financial Oversight</p>

<p>Review and approve final estimates, budgets, and proposal submissions.
Monitor preconstruction costs and resource utilization.

· Manage help desk e-mails and action when cover is required where appropriate.
· Relieve the Specialist nursing teams of administrative tasks not pertaining to clinical work wherever possible.
· To maintain, co-ordinate and organise appointments/meetings with staff, patients or their relatives and other visitors to the hospital such as company representatives.
· Deal with queries involving confidential documents regarding a wide variety of information without recourse to others, recognising when issues should be referred and to whom.
· Typing clinic/additional letters to GP’s, patients and other Allied Health Professionals,
 Supervising and line managing the help desk coordinator.
· Look up, sort and file patients’ results.
· Use the hospital computer system to access patient details. CRT must be always used when receiving and moving notes. This is mandatory within the Trust.
· Photocopying, scanning and general filing.
· Be responsible for out-going post, meeting afternoon deadline.
· Action Choose &amp; Book referrals once graded – send blood forms, test requests as advised by consultant/specialist nursing teams.
