Overview
Within Centrica Home (B2C), the Product Design team creates digital experiences that balance customer needs with business goals. As a Senior Product Designer on Hive, you'll help shape our smart home app, enabling customers to manage their homes more efficiently while reducing energy costs and carbon impact.
You'll own the design of key mobile app features, working autonomously while collaborating closely with product, engineering, commercial and brand teams. You'll define problems, explore solutions through research and prototyping, and deliver highquality, insightled design. About the role

Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record as a Commercial Handler with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the ability to adapt this knowledge to corporate risk.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ACII qualification or equivalent is highly desirable, though not essential.
