                <description><![CDATA[<p>We are currently recruiting experienced <strong>Property Turnover Cleaners</strong> for a UK cleaning company specialising in preparing rental properties for new tenants.</p>

<p>The role focuses on deep cleaning vacant homes to ensure they meet move-in standards.</p>

<p><strong>Key Duties</strong></p>

<ul><li><p>Full cleaning of properties</p></li><li><p>Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and surfaces</p></li><li><p>Bathroom sanitation, including descaling and mould removal</p></li><li><p>Cleaning windows, floors, skirting boards, and doors</p></li><li><p>Ensuring properties are inspection-ready for landlords and agents</p></li></ul>

<p><strong>Working Hours</strong></p>

<ul><li><p>This is for <strong>part-time work</strong>, typically 4–8 hours per job</p></li><li><p>Primarily weekdays with regular weekend availability</p></li></ul>

<p><strong>Pay &amp; Package</strong></p>

<ul><li><p>£15 per hour</p></li><li><p>£18 per job for providing your own cleaning supplies and tools</p></li><li><p>Travel time paid where applicable</p></li><li><p>Parking costs at client locations covered (excluding street parking)</p></li></ul>
