The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own residential conveyancing caseload, developing new business opportunities, supporting junior team members, and working closely with senior leadership to implement growth strategies across the business.
The Role:
Manage and develop your own residential conveyancing caseload

Build strong relationships with local estate agents, brokers and professional contacts to generate new opportunities

About You:
Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
Minimum 4 years PQE within Residential Conveyancing
Previous experience managing or leading a conveyancing team/department
Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions, including:  Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
New build matters
Transfers of equity
Shared ownership/shared equity
Remortgages</p>

<p>Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and deliver excellent client service
Commercially minded with a passion for business development and building relationships
Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
