- Support the Home Manager in meeting statutory, regulatory and organisational requirements, including record-keeping and audits.
- Administer medication in line with the Medication Policy where delegated.
- Support care planning, key working and the development of meaningful activities that enhance residents' quality of life.
- Carry out or support regular 1:1s, supervisions and appraisals in line with policy.
- Promote good practice in health & safety, fire safety, food safety and infection prevention.

You will bring:

- Previous experience working in a care setting.
- Experience of leading a shift or deputising for a manager.
- Medication administration experience.

- Sensitivity to the needs of older people and an inclusive approach to care.

Our client run a top-level operation servicing other top names across the country from their brand new state of the art warehouse, you'll be joining this team bolstering their ranks.
We are seeking experienced REACH OR VNA FLT DRIVERS to join the team, on a long-term basis leading to a permanent position for the right candidate!
REQUIREMENTS:
Full PPE
Reach or VNA License
You will be expected to undertake general warehouse duties in this role, so must be ok with this!
DUTIES:
Operating the Forklifts to pick & distribute pallets from the racking areas.
General Warehouse duties included. xwwtmva
Load and unload containers adhering to health and safety.
Re-stacking pallets
Helping stock control and keeping area tidy
Shift Patterns Available -
4on4off DAYS (6am-6pm)
6am-6pm (tues-fri)
6pm - 6am (tues-fri)
