We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide a maintenance service on void MOD properties. You will be working on jobs in Dorset and covering the local area mainly Bovindon, Blandford and Poole.
This role is temp to perm and can be paid CIS or PAYE.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
Responsive work in void MOD properties Completing a variety of works in various trades Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, some external works etc Getting property ready for the next tenant Some responsive maintenance as well as the void work Reporting progress to your supervisor Driving a company van safely and responsiblyMultiskilled Operative Requirements:
Good multi-trade experience Good attitude Honest and reliable Ideally social housing/ MOD experienceThe successful candidate will have to do a DBS check and a BPSS security check.
