                <description><![CDATA[<p>Kennedys are seeking to hire two MDM Specialist on a 12 month Fix-Term contract to be a part of our global Master Data Management (MDM) team. These role will be based in Chelmsford.</p>
<p>The role will be primarily responsible for supporting the client and file opening processes within the conflicts management and new business intake tool. In addition, you will support data checking initiatives that are designed to improve accuracy, consistency, and compliance of data held within our financial system (Elite3E).</p>
<p><b>Team</b></p>
<p>Kennedys' Finance team ensures global support by delivering precise financial and management information, reporting solutions, and operational assistance to maintain exceptional service standards for internal and external clients. Part of the Business Intelligence unit, our team includes key roles such as the Global MDM Lead, MDM Team Managers, Local MDM Supervisors, and localised MDM SME's and Data Administrators Teams in the UK, India, USA and Australia.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities </b></p> Conduct thorough data integrity checks and conflict searches through the Firm's master data management system and other necessary procedures. 
Regularly monitor master data entries for completeness and accuracy, taking necessary actions to rectify discrepancies.
Identify potential non-compliance with the Firm's MDM policies and procedures and escalate as appropriate.
Process master data transfers and update details as required by stakeholders and the Financial Operations team.
Assist with data governance influenced by MDM. <p><b>Required Experience </b></p> Good level of IT skills, including Word and Excel
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner and strong writing skills.

                <description><![CDATA[<p>Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team based at our Extra Care Scheme, The Cannons.</p>

<p>The Cannons Extra Care Scheme in Essex contains one and two bedroom apartments, set within a spectacular, late-Georgian building. </p>

<p>This is a Full Time position, including a mixture of care shifts (7am - 2pm <u>and</u> 2pm - 9pm) and Office Hours (9am - 5pm). </p>

<p><strong>At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role. </strong></p>

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>

<p>As a Team Leader you will provide support to our extra care complex, providing specialised support to individuals. Radis recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and provide a consistent approach throughout their life.</p>

<p>You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervisions / meetings and support to the Care Workers. The role will require you to schedule / allocate work to the Care Workers ensuring personal care and all care tasks are client specific. You will also support with medication, personal care tasks and offer support within the community.</p>

<p>You will also be required participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis’ housing related support duties when emergency cover is required.</p>

<p><strong>Some of the benefits for the role</strong></p>

The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care working towards Level 3, or happy to gain the qualification.  You will have good written and verbal commination skills and have a willingness to learn in line with clients needs and expectations.</p>

<p>This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check. A driving licence with access to a vehicle will be desirable but not essential. </p>

<p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p>

<p>We are seeking both operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.</p>

<p>All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:</p>

<ul><li>TTMBC Operative <br> </li></ul>

<p><em><strong>TTMBC</strong></em></p>

<p><strong>Scope of Role:</strong></p>

<p>Trainee Operatives &amp; Qualified Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.</p>

<p><strong>Duties may include:</strong></p>

<p>Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required</p>

<p>Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this</p>

<p>Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager</p>

<p>Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work</p>

<p>Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.</p>

<p>Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.</p>

<p>Setting up traffic lights.</p>

<p>Assisting with the diversion of traffic.</p>

<p>To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.</p>

<p>Ensure compliance with Health &amp; Safety at Work Act at all times.</p>

<p>Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.</p>

<p>To help with the unloading/loading of materials.</p>

<p>Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and</p>

<p>Risk Assessments.</p>

<p>Reporting plant &amp; vehicle defects.<br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p>

<ul><li>Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications</li><li>Be able to pass a Drugs &amp; Alcohol Check</li><li>Right to Work in UK</li><li>Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)</li></ul>]]></description>

<p>H&amp;S Autocare – Canvey Island</p>

<p>H&amp;S Autocare is looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy and growing accident repair centre in Chelmsford. This is a permanent, full-time role offering consistent work and excellent weekly pay.</p>

<p>Pay &amp; Hours:
£900 – £1400 per week (based on experience)
48 hours per week
Self-Employed Role</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:
•	Carry out panel repairs, straightening and filling
•	Replace damaged panels to a high standard
•	Use body alignment jigs accurately
•	Perform welding and bonding repairs
•	Remove and refit body components and structures</p>

<p>Requirements:
•	Previous experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician</p>
