<div>This role requires enthusiastic candidates to carry out locksmithing and safe opening tasks at our clients’ locations throughout your area (usually up to a maximum of 2 hours travel time from your home). This will include repairs to existing equipment, including mechanical and electronic systems.<br><br></div>

<div><strong>Duties will include (list is not exhaustive):</strong></div>

<ul><li>General locksmithing, i.e., lock-fitting, cylinder changes and pinning, key cutting, code changes to coded door locks, etc.</li><li>Safe opening &amp; repair (dependent on ability).</li><li>Installing electronic safe locks.</li><li>Code changes to safe locks.</li><li>Programming of electronic safe locks.</li><li>Battery changes.</li></ul>

<div>Since this is a role for an experienced candidate, we would expect candidates to have a good knowledge in this field. Additional and ongoing training will be supplied by Insafe, on client-specific products, to successful candidates.<br><br></div>

<ul><li>Both mechanical and electronic aptitude is essential.</li><li>A reasonable level of IT literacy is essential as we use a mobile platform for allocating jobs and reporting. Laptops are also used for programming electronic safe locks.</li><li>Experience in this field is a requirement.</li><li>Ability to work on one’s own while performing remote site visits.</li><li>A reasonable degree of physical fitness is required as the role can be physical from time to time.</li><li>A full valid UK driving licence is essential.</li><li>Since this role is within the security industry, candidates must not have a criminal record.
