<p>An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join Lintott, a Galliford Try business. Reporting into the wider delivery team, you will lead the successful planning and delivery of a varied portfolio of projects, ensuring contractual, commercial and regulatory requirements are met.</p>

<p>Working primarily under the NEC contract (or approved variants), you will act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, supporting safe, efficient and high‑quality project delivery.</p>

<p><b>What you'll be doing:</b></p>

Lead assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring time, cost, quality and safety objectives are achieved.

Implement and manage Project Charters to meet customer, company, contractual and legislative requirements.

Define project scope, standards, performance measures and success criteria.

Produce and manage project programmes, budgets, cost forecasts and reports.

Plan and sequence activities, including quality, risk and time planning (using tools such as MS Project).

Communicate effectively with clients, delivery partners and internal teams to resource, plan and meet commitments.

Manage project milestones and associated payment criteria, ensuring appropriate documentation is in place.

Promote continuous improvement by identifying and removing non‑value‑adding activities.

Ensure full compliance with Business Assurance standards, reporting and record‑keeping requirements.

Attend customer sites as required and represent the company’s culture and values.

<p><b>About you: </b></p>

<p>We are looking for reliable cleaners to carry out thorough end-of-tenancy cleans for residential properties.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul><li><p>Complete top-to-bottom cleans (excluding ceilings)</p></li><li><p>Clean cupboards inside, outside, and on top</p></li><li><p>Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard</p></li><li><p>Sanitise appliances including fridges, ovens, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers</p></li><li><p>Clean internal windows, doors, frames, and blinds</p></li><li><p>Scrub, disinfect, polish, and restore all surfaces</p></li><li><p>Work efficiently within timeframes and maintain professionalism in clients’ homes</p></li></ul><p>Work Schedule</p>

<ul><li><p>Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours</p></li><li><p>Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities</p></li><li><p>Jobs are offered as they become available in your area</p></li><li><p>Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours</p></li></ul>

<p><strong>Pay &amp; Benefits</strong></p>

<ul><li><p>£15 per hour </p></li><li><p>£18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies</p></li><li><p>Paid travel time where applicable</p></li><li><p>Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)</p></li></ul>

<ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years’ deep cleaning experience</p></li><li><p>Carpet cleaning experience an advantage</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and safe practices</p></li><li><p>Able to follow written and verbal instructions</p></li><li><p>Own equipment, supplies, and reliable transport</p></li></ul>]]></description>
