Strong working knowledge of HMRC processes, including P11D and PSA
Experience with payroll systems (SAP HR Payroll advantageous)
Advanced numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proven ability to lead or supervise a team
Strong IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
