As a Field Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of Virgin Media O2 - introducing customers to game-changing broadband, mobile and TV products. Every conversation is a chance to make a difference and earn uncapped commission. Plus, you'll get your own electric company car to travel in style.

You'll be out and about in your patch, knocking on doors and creating new opportunities from scratch. It's about building rapport, understanding customer needs, and turning conversations into commission. You'll follow up leads, manage your own pipeline, and treat your area like your own business.

Since this is a field-based role, we assign teams based on your home postcode. For this position, you'll need to live within the designated catchment area to move forward in the process.

Training & hours

You'll start with two weeks of full-time training (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm), covering everything from product knowledge to sales systems. You'll also learn on the job, with ongoing support from peers.

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
  • Typical shifts: 12:00pm-8:00pm

Key responsibilities

  • Managing team of 4 to provide busy breakfast and lunch service. Responsible for all aspects of H&S, quality, as well as achieving commercial targets.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and timely service for up to Approx. 150 covers per day, canteen style service.
  • Develop and plan menus in line with seasonal availability, customer preferences, and budgetary guidelines, while maintaining variety, nutritional balance, and cost control.
  • Manage staff rotas and scheduling, ensuring appropriate coverage across all services and monitoring working hours to comply with labor regulations and operational needs.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and maintain stock levels, placing timely orders, minimising waste, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team through regular meetings and clear, timely updates to ensure alignment on daily operations, service expectations, and kitchen priorities.
