Lead and coordinate the successful delivery of NIS-related projects and programmes, ensuring outcomes are aligned to business priorities, regulatory requirements and stakeholder needs. Develop and maintain project plans, governance documentation, budgets and delivery schedules, creating clarity and structure for successful project execution. Partner with colleagues across the business to deliver physical security and resilience improvements, ensuring alignment with Objective E, industry best practice and regulatory obligations. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a key point of contact and confidently communicating progress, risks and recommendations. Proactively identify risks, dependencies and opportunities, working collaboratively with teams to develop effective solutions and mitigation plans. Support strong project governance by overseeing budgets, performance measures and compliance requirements while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement. Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and contractors, fostering collaboration and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You Have

Experience leading complex projects or programmes and bringing diverse teams together to achieve successful outcomes. A track record of delivering projects within physical security, cyber security, operational technology, utilities, critical infrastructure or similarly regulated environments. Strong understanding of project management principles, governance frameworks and delivery methodologies. Experience managing budgets, resources, risks and stakeholders while balancing competing priorities. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and engage a wide range of audiences. A collaborative and organised approach, with the confidence to navigate change and drive progress in a fast-paced environment. Experience preparing reports, presenting insights and supporting decision-making at senior leadership level.

Desirable but Not Essential We're keen to hear from individuals who bring transferable experience and a willingness to learn. You may also have:

Knowledge of the Network and Information Systems (NIS) Regulations. Experience delivering physical security improvement programmes. Experience within the energy sector or other critical national infrastructure environments. Understanding of operational technology (OT), resilience and risk management principles.

Role Overview /n As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.

/n You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.
