<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>

<ul><li>Previous Service Desk or IT Administration experience.</li><li>Strong customer service skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.</li><li>Organised and detail-oriented.</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Comfortable working independently with clear escalation routes.</li><li>BC (Business Central) knowledge/skills desirable but not mandatory.</li></ul>

<ul><li><p>Complete thorough end-of-tenancy cleans</p></li><li><p>Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces</p></li><li><p>Clean cupboards, appliances, and fitted units</p></li><li><p>Wipe and sanitise doors, windows, frames, and blinds</p></li><li><p>Ensure every property is ready for its next occupants</p></li></ul><p>The Opportunity</p>
