<p><b>Are these roles right for you?</b></p>

<p>We are looking to speak to people who:</p>

Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Architectural Engineering. You will either be chartered, working towards chartership or be keen to work for a company who will support you through your chartership journey.

Have a demonstrable background in the field of mechanical building services design with knowledge and interest in sustainable building design in terms of both energy and carbon.

Are proficient in BIM environments, particularly using Revit, and have experience with dynamic thermal modelling (preferably IES).

Demonstrate strong Leadership &amp; Strategic Leadership skills (Senior / Principal levels) to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and manage project teams; provide technical oversight, quality assurance, and strategic direction and support business development, client engagement &amp; innovation in sustainable and digital engineering.

Have commercial awareness and experience in predicting, planning and managing resource requirements to achieve financial targets
