            What You'll Be Doing
            </p>

<p>In this hands-on workshop role, you will work across an exceptionally popular, diverse lineup of retail stock and customer cars, ensuring every vehicle is prepared to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:</p>
            <ul><li>Conducting thorough vehicle safety checks, pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and routine manufacturer-scheduled maintenance.</li><li>Performing precise mechanical tasks including advanced brake work, suspension repairs, and air conditioning recharges.</li><li>Diagnosing vehicle faults efficiently using cutting-edge independent and brand-specific diagnostic equipment.</li><li>Upholding stringent quality control standards to maximize first-time fixes and guarantee total customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintaining precise records of work completed and collaborating effectively with the tight-knit team to manage vehicle turnaround times.</li></ul><p>
            What We Are Looking For
            </p>

<ul><li><strong>Minimum of 3 years of proven workshop experience</strong> in vehicle maintenance, prep work, and repair is required.</li><li>Solid experience in routine vehicle servicing, multi-point inspections, and fault finding.</li><li>A proactive team player with a strong work ethic, excellent time-management skills, and a commitment to high workmanship standards.</li><li>The adaptability to work efficiently across various vehicle makes, models, and modern drivetrains.</li><li>A valid UK driving licence.</li></ul><p>
