<p>Job title: HR AdvisorLocation: Swindon only ( 2 days a week onsite Wednesday and one other day)Job Duration: 3 monthsSecurity Clearance: BPSS eligibleJob details:We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can demonstrate broad generalist HR expertise, confidently apply HR policy to real-life scenarios, and provide practical, solution-focused advice from day one.<br><br>Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.<br><br>As this is a short term role, client need someone who can work independently and confidently in these areas.your main responsibilities will be to:<br>* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of people-related matters, policies and procedures.<br>* Manage and support employee relations casework, including absence management, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.<br>* Coach and influence managers to ensure consistent, compliant and pragmatic people management decisions.<br>* Build strong stakeholder relationships across HR, business areas and external service providers.<br>* Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance HR processes, guidance and ways of working.<br>* Analyse HR data and trends to identify insights and recommend appropriate actions.<br>* Contribute to HR projects, organisational change activities and learning initiatives as required.<br>* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.Essential:<br>* Relevant experience working within an operational HR environment.<br>* CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience and knowledge.<br>* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, challenge and support stakeholders at all levels.<br>* Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and manage competing demands.<br>* Strong judgement and decision-making skills within policy and procedural frameworks.<br>* Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate within a team. xwwtmva <br><br>Desirable: <br>* Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.</p>]]></description>
