Summary:

The Business Services Assistant Coordinator provides effective day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Business Services Coordinator and wider Business Services team. The postholder will contribute to the smooth and efficient delivery of business support functions through accurate administration, record keeping, meeting coordination, correspondence management, procurement support and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Business Services Coordinator and wider team.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records, files, databases, trackers and management information.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records, files, databases, trackers and management information.
• Update relevant business systems, spreadsheets, databases and tracking tools accurately and within required timescales.

Qualifications:

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications, including English and Mathematics, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development in administration, customer service, IT or business support is advantageous.

Essentials:

• Previous experience working in an administrative, clerical, business support or office-based role.
• Experience of providing effective administrative support within a busy team or organisation.
• Experience of maintaining accurate records, databases, spreadsheets and documentation.

Your Role

• Conduct thorough end-of-tenancy cleans (excluding ceilings)
