<p>This position will suit a self-sufficient professional who is confident managing projects relating to ICP's, and ensuring delivery against programme, cost, and quality expectations.</p>

<p>You will work closely with internal project teams, ICPs, DNOs, suppliers, and clients, playing a critical role in the successful delivery of 132kV grid connection works nationwide.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<ul><li><br></li><li>Manage 132kV grid connection scopes of projects during the construction phase.</li></ul>

<p><br></p><p>Lead and manage Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), holding contractors accountable for delivery and performance.</p>

<p><br></p><p>Support responses to RFQs for HV and grid connection works, including sourcing quotations from ICP's and HV equipment suppliers.</p>

<p><br></p><p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop project budgets and client proposals.</p>

<p><br></p><p>Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of grid connection processes.</p>

<p>Skills and experience:</p>

<ul><li><br></li><li>Strong experience delivering electrical projects specifically relating to substations and grid connections, ideally 132kV and minimum 33kV.</li></ul>

<p><br></p><p>Proven experience gained within an ICP, DNO, Solar, BESS, Wind EPC environment.</p>

<p><br></p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p>
