<p><br>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</p>

<div> • 2+ years of experience in video editing, ideally with paid media or direct-response work in a brand or agency setting<br> • An understanding of what makes ad creative perform – hooks, pacing, structure and platform best practice<br> • Comfortable working with performance data and using it to shape creative decisions<br> • Proficient in DaVinci Resolve, with strong colour grading skills<br> • A creative eye for composition, pacing and visual storytelling<br> • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once<br> • Some hands-on experience with videography and camera equipment, particularly the Sony ecosystem<br> • A passion for design, interiors and visual culture is a bonus <br><br>#INDM</div>
