The Rifleman’s Arms is located next to St Nicholas Church in a lovely residential area of Droitwich. The pub is turning over £5000 – £6500 per week on a 100% wet lead basis. Accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms split into two flats – one is a 3 bedroom flat with kitchen, bathroom and lounge and the second flat is a 2‑bedroom flat with open plan living/kitchen and bathroom.
Historically this pub has regularly turned over £9000‑£11000 per week so there is potential to increase sales again by creating the right environment and implementing a strong sales driving plan including sports and entertainment.
What’s in it for you?

20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
