Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer 


Chard or Exmouth



This established multi-office law firm is growing its property team! 



Founded by two experienced Solicitors this firm have a strong reputation for client care and accessibility


Responsibilities: 



  • Handle a full residential conveyancing caseload


This will include advising on:
Sales & purchases of leasehold & freehold property 
Remortgaging & transfer of equity 
Purchases of newly built property
Equity Release
Auction sales and purchases
Lease Extensions 
Shared Ownership
Right to Buy and similar schemes
Liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers and surveyors 
Maintain high standards of client care, including being accessible for face-to-face client meetings



Salary and benefits



  • Salary: Negotiable depending on experience 


Mainly office-based working model (rather than hybrid), supporting strong client accessibility 
No glass ceiling to progress to partnership and beyond. This firm have one eye on succession planning so senior lawyers will be considered 



About You



  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal xwwtmva Executive with experience in residential conveyancing 


Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision  
Comfortable meeting clients in person
Strong client-care mindset; approachable and responsive
