What we're looking for:

Industry experience within the Police, Military, Prison, Fire Service or wider Protective Services sector Strong knowledge of Uniformed Protective/Public Services and a passion for inspiring future professionals Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above, or willingness to work towards one Proven ability to motivate learners and support outstanding student achievement and progression Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork Organised, proactive and able to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment Confident, adaptable and able to respond positively to challenging situations High expectations of yourself and your learners, with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning

What we offer:

Annual Salary: £30,966 to £39,917 depending on experience Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
