The Role: This role is a Bid Manager within the Saab Seaeye sales team designing and manufacturing world leading electric underwater robots. Key Responsibilities: You will lead the bid function in support of underwater robot sales. Supporting the external Sales team whilst reporting to the Head of Business Development and Sales. Managing all aspects related to proposals submitted by the company. Entrusted with managing and developing the bid process of the Saab Seaeye function. Manage proposals from the inception until contract signature and handover to the project team via defined processes. Qualifications and Skills: Required skills: Creating and managing bid's Managing internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines Preparing for, participating and capturing outcomes of sales governance (WB) processes Accurately capturing client requirements Organising and running kick-off and solution meetings Liaising with all stakeholders to gather information and produce bid content Collating documents to produce tenders compliant with the client bid process Excellent verbal communication skills Sub
