Define and manage high‑quality requirements and user stories. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts. Manage prioritisation within governance frameworks. Support change and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation. Skills and Experience:Experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems, or IT Business Partner roles. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in complex environments. Strong skills in requirements definition and agile delivery. Experience with enterprise SaaS systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, billing systems). Understanding of business process design and optimisation.
