• Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (Reviewed every 3 months for regular pay rises)
• Bonus: Higher rates and extra bonuses available for qualified MOT Testers

The Role: Whether you are a Mechanic, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Specialist, you will escape the corporate pressure and focus on high-quality mechanical work in our Bridgend hub.

• Handle engine work, routine vehicle servicing, and general mechanical maintenance
• Lead on diagnostics, tuning, and remapping using specialist on-site tools
• Manage MOT failure diagnosis, rectifications, and safety checks
• Use tablet-based systems to seamlessly update jobs and upload photos
• Maintain our high Google review rating by ensuring premium quality control

What We Need:

• Level 2 Motor Vehicle qualification required (Level 3 preferred)
• Time-served experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in a professional workshop
• An MOT Tester license is strongly preferred
• Confident using diagnostic software and digital job cards
• A full UK driving license

Location: Based in Bridgend, our workshop is perfectly situated with easy main-road access, making it a simple commute from Maesteg, Porthcawl, Port Talbot, Cowbridge, Llantrisant, and Cardiff West.
