TP Tutors is looking for committed SEN Tutors in Chichester to provide personalised, one-to-one support for learners who benefit from a more flexible and understanding approach to education.
Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Chichester and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time and full-time available)
About the Role
You’ll support students who may feel disengaged from mainstream education, helping them rebuild confidence and develop key skills.
- Create tailored lesson plans based on individual learning needs
- Support students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
- Build strong rapport to encourage trust and engagement
- Help students develop both academically and emotionally
- Deliver sessions in home environments or appropriate community settings
What You’ll Need
- Experience working with children or young people (any relevant setting)
- Solid understanding of English and maths basics
- Ability to travel locally within Chichester
- A patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
