Clinic Manager – Dialysis Clinic | Bilston, UK 📍 Bilston | 🏥 Independent Renal Care Provider | 🕒 Monday–Saturday (Day Shifts) The Medical People is proud to be partnering with a leading independent kidney care provider to recruit an experienced Clinic Manager for a busy dialysis clinic in Bilston. Our client delivers life-saving renal care to over 2,000 patients across England and Wales and works in close partnership with the National Health Service. As part of a respected international network, they are dedicated to transforming kidney care and improving patients’ quality of life through innovation, compassion, and clinical excellence. ⸻🌟 The Opportunity This is a pivotal leadership role where you will: • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of nurses and support staff • Oversee all clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of the clinic • Ensure an exceptional, patient-centred dialysis experience • Liaise with NHS Trusts and regulatory bodies including the Care Quality Commission • Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with governance frameworks (including KLoE)• Support onboarding, training, and professional development • Build strong patient relationships and effectively manage feedback and concerns ⸻👩‍⚕️ About You To succeed in this role, you will have: • Full NMC registration • Experience in clinical leadership within an outpatient haemodialysis setting • Registration as a Manager with CQC (or willingness to obtain) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A hands-on, values-driven leadership style • A proactive and solution-focused approach • Excellent organisational and operational management skills • Evidence of continued professional development (renal care experience highly desirable)⸻💼 What’s on Offer • Competitive salary (DOE) • Monday–Sa
