<p><strong>About the role</strong> </p>

<p>The Receptionist role is key to ensuring safety controls and daily operations run smoothly. The role is to cover reception on Mondays and Tuesdays, however flexibility is needed to cover holidays and sickness absence where required. </p>

                <description><![CDATA[<p>Newstaff Employment is recruiting for an experienced Secretary to work on a part time basis for our prestigious Luton based client.</p>

<p>The requirement is for 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 am - 5.30 pm.</p>

<p>Main Tasks:</p>

<ul><li>Typing up documents as instructed by the department manager</li><li>Liaising with colleagues as required both in person and on the phone</li><li>All general admin and secretarial tasks</li></ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ul><li>A minimum of 1-2 years secretarial experience is required</li><li>Secretarial experience within legal service and ideally within Private Client is desirable</li><li>Must have strong typing skills (minimum 50 wpm)</li><li>A good Ievel of IT literacy is required</li></ul>

<p>Salary £26,000 pa to £27,500 pa (pro rata) + an excellent benefits package</p>

<p>We are looking for a proactive and personable Receptionist to join us on a part time basis (Monday to Wednesday, 9:00 - 17:30) at our stunning Head Office in Ringwood. </p>

<p>Your day to day duties will include:</p>

Supporting our front of house reception to ensure we are providing a first class service at all times

Ordering office supplies and stationary

Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls in a polite manner

In partnership with the Facilities Manager, resolving any maintenance issues for both Head Offices in Ringwood

Processing post and special deliveries

Ensuring telephone contact lists and the intranet is kept up to date

Monitoring health &amp; safety matters

Processing PO’s for the department, gaining the required approval

Organising contractors and third party suppliers as required<br>

General support and administration for the Facilities Manager

<p><b>About you</b></p>

<p>You will have previous receptionist and / or customer service experience with an excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal skills and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (excel and word). </p>

<p>You will be self-motivated, well organised with excellent attention to detail and will possess a can do attitude.</p>

<p>You must be smart and presentable, engaging, and able to stay calm under pressure.<br></p>
